European markets mixed at close; Dax up 0.30%

Forex News - European stocks were mixed after the closing bell on Tuesday.

At the close of European trade, Germany’s DAX rose 0.30%, London’s FTSE 100 shed 0.06%, France’s CAC 40 declined 0.25% and the EURO STOXX 50 was down 0.21%.

Meanwhile, on Wall Street, equity markets were mixed after the open. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.18%; the S&P 500 index shed 0.05%, while the Nasdaq 100 index climbed 0.54%.
